Courage is believing that we have the strength and ability to accomplish a challenge. A large part of conquering our fears is deciding if we actually have the courage and confidence to do it. As our children learn and grow they are being faced with new challenges all the time. Although some seem small, others may leave them feeling afraid to try. How do we help them learn to face their fears?
